In-Person Placement

 

Platinum Sponsor-Exhibitors can expect to have your own exhibition space in the form of a 6’-8’ table surrounded by a booth gazebo just outside of the main entrance of the venue. You will have your own VIP lounging area with cocktail tables for an intimate networking experience.

Gold Sponsor-Exhibitors can expect to have 6’-8’ tables arranged outside the main entrance just below the VIP section. This area will be an additional lounging area for our guests which will allow for ample opportunity to mingle.

Silver and Bronze Sponsor-Exhibitors will have 4’-6’ tables set up in the main rooms/halls of the venue for indoor networking.

Virtual Promotion

 

Platinum and Gold Sponsor-Exhibitors will have exclusive opportunities to present and provide interviews for our live-streamed virtual attendees.

All Sponsor-Exhibitors will have the opportunity to provide short recordings to be edited into our Virtual Access package to be distributed and promoted following the in-person event.

Representatives / Guest Admissions

 

Each Sponsor-Exhibitor package includes 2 booth representatives (up to 5 for Gold and Platinum packages) plus 2, 4, 6, or 12 additional general admission tickets for your guests (depending on package, outlined above).​
