EBRHA Unlawful Detainer Appointments may require an Oakland Business License and registration with the Oakland Rent Registry. Please review these requirements prior to scheduling an Unlawful Detainer Appointment.

Paperwork Appointments are 1 hour  IN PERSON meetings and are to guide you through filling out the appropriate paperwork for your case.
